In the spring of 2023, Because Baseball will again partner with Major League Baseball for International Play Ball Weekend. The children of Egypt will participate in a weekend of baseball with others around the globe, joined by a VIP coaching staff.
Spring 2018 Baseball Coaching Exchange
The first ever Egyptian Baseball Coaching Exchange took place in Richmond, VA at the Collegiate School. A collaborative effort, this immersive person-to-person exchange built life-long friendships and produced the most highly-trained Egyptian-born baseball coach in the sport’s history.
First Ever Egypt Youth Baseball League
The Fall 2019 Egypt Youth Baseball League was a huge hit - more than 120 youth aged 8-12 plus their parents learned and played baseball. The kids were very talented, quick learners, but most importantly, had a lot of fun.
